Scullery Regatta on the South Lagoon - July 2018

Some shots are elusive. This one shot in July 2018 is something I have been trying to capture since I started this hobby.

One of my favorite scenes in the city of Chicago is Marina Towers. In November 2021, the Christmas lights added something special to the scene.

As I walked up to Navy Pier from Buckingham Fountain, I noticed this pier in Monroe Harbor where I could take a western view from what looked like I was in the water.

As I rode my Divvy bike along the shoreline, the sunrise was spectacular. This is Belmont Harbor.

When I started shooting city shots, I was determined to get an early morning shot of the Chicago skyline. This early October morning in 2014 was frigid but the shot was worth it.

The first shot I captured this early October morning in 2014 was looking out at the sunrise from Navy Pier.
